Question 2: How quickly can you respond to emergency glass repairs?

For emergencies such as break-ins, accidents, or storm damage, we aim to respond as quickly as possible often the same day. Our goal is to restore safety and security without delay

Question 3: How long will my job take?

Most standard glass replacements are completed within 1 or 2 hours. Custom glass projects or jobs requiring toughened safety glass, it may take a little longer depending on size, complexity, and product availability. We’ll give you a clear time frame before we start.

Question 4: Do you guarantee your work?

Yes our workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years from installation.

Question 5: Does the price include removing old windows, doors, or shower screens?

We always clean up any broken glass and leave the area safe and tidy before we leave. If you would like us to remove old windows, doors, or shower screens, we are happy to do so. However, due to council disposal fees for large items such as aluminum frames, an additional disposal fee may apply.

Question 6: Do you provide free quotes and do you need to come out?

Yes, we offer free quotes. In many cases, if you can send us a clear photo of the damaged glass, door, shower or what is required to be repaired, along with approximate measurements, we can provide a quote via text or email.

For items such as shower screens or jobs requiring toughened safety glass, we may need to visit the site to take accurate measurements and provide a final quote and that is also free.
